American Key Supply is presently searching for a responsible, competent candidate to join our growing team as a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Henderson, Nevada location. Consultants and telecommuters will not be considered.

We are a relatively small, fast paced, rapidly growing importer/wholesaler of locksmith keys, tools, and supplies online. Our corporate office is located in Honolulu, Hawaii while our distribution center is located in Henderson, NV.


Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Gain product knowledge quickly and help to educate customers about products to facilitate sales
Process customer orders over the telephone and in person
Resolve customer complaints/dissatisfaction in a positive way
Promote product promotions and specials to customers
Interact/coordinate with other employees to help the sales and fulfillment process
Misc. projects

Required Skills:

Previous experience working directly with customers
Must be fluent and resourceful using email, surfing the Web, Microsoft Excel, etc. for various tasks throughout the day
Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, without close supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Disciplined self-starter
Positive attitude
Able to pass drug testing and a background check
Locksmithing or automotive knowledge a huge bonus!

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
