Pigeonly Outbound Customer Service Sales Rep

Pigeonly is a technology company where we focus on building products to solve real problems for everyday people, mostly for markets and demographics that no one generally wants to touch. Our suite of products and services includes a desktop and mobile application that allows our customers to send printed photos to their loved ones. As a small team at Pigeonly (currently 20+ people) we have a flat and open structure. We have a creative collaborative culture built on hacking ideas, code, and business models and plan to keep it that way. Overview of role..
The Outbound Sales Rep role will utilize a dialer to call on marketing campaigns ,failed billing accounts, keeping track of and collecting money owed, maintaining customer files, communicating with customers,making sure to capture payments into our billing system is up-to-date. It is important to demonstrating good interpersonal and communication skills, a strong eye for detail, knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office,, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Must have skills to handle stress, negotiate, solve problems, customer service skills and manage conflict may also be helpful.


Review the report of delinquent customers to be contacted daily
Identifying, communicating and responding to opportunities that will impact sales and customer satisfaction with each customer
Sales skills, personal growth, high energy and the ability to grow within this fast-paced organization is required
Following up with prospects via phone and email
Spends 95% of the time on the telephone or computer interacting with prospective or actual customers
You will be responsible for increasing sales by signing on new customers, prospecting and maintaining existing client base.
Organize your day to call 100+ customers per day-outbound calling
Customer that you're unable to speak to will need to call back to Customer Service
Update the document on status of each call
Report weekly on overall success of project
Starts with basic sales and customer service skills and continuously works to improve methods to ensure best success.
Demonstrate high level of customer skills in dealing with the customers.
Excellent at multitasking who works fast but efficiently and accurately.
Additional duties can be assigned as necessary

High school diploma or a GED. Prefer, college level accounting courses, or least a two-year degree in accounting

Demonstrate sales and customer service communication skills
Friendly and courteous telephone manner required
