This position requires 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Applicant duties and responsibilities associated with this position include the following:

must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with appraisals, mortgage companies, and financial institutions.

must be exceptional at multi tasking and able to perform a variety of tasks, including speaking to appraisers, loan officers, data entry, manage deficiencies

must be able to enter orders in a timely and efficient manner.

must be comfortable talking on the phone, able to manage work utilizing reports, and be able to effectively communicate order status with other departments.

must ensure the timely receipt of completed appraisal reports. Utilizing a daily work in progress report

must make outbound calls to appraisal vendors

Manage relationships with vendors and production staff

Skills/Requirements

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Processing, Underwriting experience a plus

Be able to work in a fast paced, pressured timeframe environment.

Must have at least three years of general office skills, such as telephone systems, organizational skills, and general knowledge of Windows-based computer programs. Must have knowledge of general office equipment, such as fax, copier, and scanner.

Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and must be able to deliver a clear and understandable message to a variety of audiences.

Must have the ability to associate and work well with others including co-workers, vendors, suppliers and customers.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 11:00a.m.- 8:00p.m. Monday through Friday.

Creativity, latitude and punctuality are required.
