Busy real estate office looking for full and/or part time receptionist/ admin assistant. Must be available weekends. Prior real estate or property management experience is a plus! Starting between $10-$15.00 an hour depending on experience.
What We're Looking For:
-Someone with great verbal and written communication skills is a must.
-Computer literacy is required! Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel is needed.
-Someone with great attention to detail, organization skills, and warm temperament.
-Must be able to multitask.
-Able to take direction AND work independently.
General job duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering the phone and directing calls.
-Creating and maintaining office files.
-Creating and maintaining real estate documents.
-Scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
-Assisting with some aspects of property management office duties (tenant and landlord relations).
-Assisting agents with real estate transactions as needed.
-Ordering office supplies.
-Cleaning the office as needed.
-Other responsibilities as assigned by the Broker of Record.
