Company located in Brooklyn Center is seeking a Customer Service / Admin person to join our small office team. To be considered for this opportunity you must be a self starter with excellent communication and customer service skills. The successful candidate will be highly self motivated, well organized and have a positive attitude. You will work closely with our inside team assisting with administrative duties as well as our outside sales force providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Provide customer service and sales support
*Enter customer orders with accuracy
*Process credit card orders and daily invoicing
*Accounts payable and accounts receivable
*Assist with general office duties
*Proficient with MS Word and Excel
3+ years of customer service, accounts payable and accounts receivable a plus.
