The successful agent will be reliable, flexible, a fast learner & a strong multi-tasker. He/she will maintain a positive attitude under pressure & thrive in a fast-paced environment - projecting a friendly & professional company image via phone, chat & email interaction with retail travel agents & the airlines.
Strong Computer / Communication / Math Skills; Accurate / Efficient / Diligent; GDS knowledge is preferred but not required.
Minimum Experience: 2 yrs Customer Service, or 1 yr Travel Agent, or Travel School Certificate
Work Schedule: M-F, 8:30a-5p or 10a-6:30p at Burnsville office. Telecommuters need not apply.
