Ankrom Moisan Architects is seeking a smart and efficient Architectural Project Coordinator with fantastic communication skills for our employee owned firm. This is an administrative support role with room for growth. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride and ownership of their work and is willing to take the initiative to learn and grow. A candidate with a strong project administrative background, specific to the Architectural or Construction industry, is STRONGLY preferred.

Responsibilities

Liaison between project team members, external and internal
Prepare, process and track all project related documents
Managing all scheduling/logistics for project meetings, OAC meetings, and design pinups
Attend meetings and managing project meeting minutes
Create presentations: PowerPoint, PDF, Adobe, and design boards
Creative problem solving
Archiving correspondence via Newforma
Maintaining project files, per firm standards
Printing and/or scanning architectural documents, drawings, transmittals, and project correspondence
Project filing & archiving (both electronic and hard copies)

Skills and Experience

A minimum of FIVE years administrative experience; strongly prefer experience working in the architectural, construction, or design industry
Demonstrated intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Project, Bluebeam, and PDF
Experience using Adobe InDesign, Newforma, and Deltek/Vision preferred
Must be able to work independently, particularly during deadlines and be proactive to ensure all project needs are met
Understanding and ability to read architectural and MEP sets
Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent filing and scheduling skills
Able to anticipate needs of projects and track status
Quickly readjust priorities
