Job Description

Local small Baltimore based firm seeking Call Center Customer Service Representatives . The Customer Service Representative is the "public face" The Nolan Group and, as such, is responsible for high-volume daily interaction with customers. This position requires that CSRs be thoroughly knowledgeable of Company products and services while demonstrating support for our mission, vision, and core values. The CSR is responsible for providing excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. They are required to be knowledgeable, exercise professional judgment, and initiative while working within a dynamic, and sometimes stressful environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customers inquiries to resolve customer issues and concerns via phone, email and fax;
Determine customer needs and work to exceed expectations, ensuring satisfaction;
Research information using various websites in order to provide information to callers;
Give full attention to call volume and work to reduce response time;
Other customer service related duties as required.

Immediate start date
Knowledge of The Department of Housing and Urban Development is a plus

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00. Position located in downtown area, 5 minutes from Inner Harbor.

Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service and Focus; Strong Verbal and Written Communication; Problem Solving; Interpersonal Skills; Teamwork; and minimum High School Diploma; 1 year work related experience.
