Fantastic opportunity for a Grant's Manager in Nassau Country, Long Island.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting a must!
Experience in A133 financial audit and reporting requirements and non-profit/governmental accounting and budgeting.
Must be familiar with OMB circulars A-110 and A-21 and have significant grant accounting experience.
Advanced Excel skills a must
Under the direction of the Controller, provide leadership in planning, budgeting, accounting and reporting of all sponsored programs with significant coordination with University's Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.
Responsibilities include review of grant sponsoring agency regulations, post-award grant administration, monitoring and recording of all financial activity and spending in accordance with agency guidelines, preparation of all fiscal reports, submission of all invoice/billings and government drawdowns on a timely basis, overseeing compliance with University policy and federal requirements?, sub-recipient monitoring and oversight of A133 requirements.
Must assist and guide principal investigators with all financial matters, including training, reporting and communication with sponsoring agencies.?
