Our company is the industry market leader in providing services to the commercial photography and illustration industry, advertising agencies, graphic design firms, magazine and other companies that hire photographers and illustrators for assignment work.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced candidate in Accounts Receivable with strong negotiation and communication skills to join our rapidly growing team. As an Accounts Receivable Administrator you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Achieving collections goals
Maintaining customers payment statuses
Receiving payments from customers
Process credit card transactions
Reconcile with Customers to accounts receivable balances
Negotiating payment plans and/or settlement opportunities for customers
Other duties assigned by Manager
The team player we seek will possess a minimum of 2+ years experience in this field along with strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for our fast paced work environment. Outstanding communication skills and determination will be essential to your success in this position.
The Accounts Receivable Administrator candidate must possess the following requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
Ability to navigate multiple computer databases and windows
Ability to negotiate effectively
Strong Organization skills and attention to detail
Previous phone and customer service experience
Excellent written skills
