This person must be exceedingly well organized, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, under pressure, while remaining flexible, reliable, resourceful and efficient. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

Responsibilities:
- reading, monitoring and responding emails
- manage executive's calendar and coordinate appointments and meetings
- answering calls and handling queries
- run personal errands for the executive
- taking dictation
- assist with planning, organizing and managing events
- attending events/meetings as the principal's representative
- conducting research on the internet
- writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters
- typing documents
- sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
- assist managing and reviewing filing and office systems

Requirements:
- Experience as a personal assistant to an executive
- Able to communicate effectively with all staff as well as clients and vendors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasker with great time management skills
- History of exceeding goals and expectations
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized and proactive
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with constantly juggling priorities and tasks
- Personal integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality a must
- Positive "can do" attitude so as to effectively anticipate needs and possible issues with the skill to execute a solution ahead of time
- Flexible and capable of working long hours with availability to be reached by cell phone if needed
