Do to a very high volume of applicants we are re-opening this position. Please read the following items and apply via resume if you qualify. We are looking for a full time team member to take care of our office admin needs.

This position will include:
1. Answering phone
2. Scheduling work
3. Data entry
4. Ordering materials
5. Payroll
6. Accounts payable/accounts receivable
7. Collections
8. Minor accounting

Skills needed will include:
1. Quickbooks (basic)
2. Microsoft Office (mainly Excel & Word)
2. Must be self-motivated
3. Honest
4. Hard-working
5. Must be independent
6. Forward-thinking to assist with company growth & outreach
6. Well-spoken
7. Strong writing skills
8. Personable & Professional

Pay is 12-16 hr depending on skill level. 35-40 hours per week. 1099 employee (no benefits)
