Our client, a high-end Commercial Real Estate Firm, is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis! This is a dynamic role where you will work with multiple departments and serve as a "Jack of all Trades". The Tenant coordinator will act as an effective liaison between tenants, engineers, and the General Manager by communicating proper information and ensuring tenant requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner. You will provide direct administrative support to the Assistant General Managers, General Managers and Engineers including answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, ordering supplies, maintaining files, producing and distributing forms, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all invoices for the property are coded, entered into the accounting system, given to GM for approval and paid, obtain completed W-9 forms from all vendors and prepare manual adjustment forms for all mi scellaneous Tenant Service Requests to be billed back to tenants. The Tenant Coordinator will be responsible for providing superior customer service at all times! Qualified candidates should have proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to work flexible hours on occasion and a Bachelors degree with at least 3 months of previous administrative support experience within a professional office setting. This position will pay up to $16/hour on the temporary side and up to $43k when converted to a permanent position. Apply today for immediate consideration!
