REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FIRM has an immediate opening for a take-charge Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will embrace all aspects of this role, including managing multiple projects, attending critical meetings and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other high-profile contacts.

This individual should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a high level of initiative, and a proven ability to write, edit and proofread with precision. The ability to anticipate executive needs, oversee intricate project details, and facilitate high-level communications with discretion will be key to your success in this pivotal role.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Taking detailed meeting notes and provide follow-up on intricate project details

Partnering with CEO to develop business strategies and identify further areas for project development

Scheduling meetings, lunches, and managing heavy calendars

Liaise with senior executives, clients, and external contacts as needed

Drafting, editing, and proofreading vital business correspondence, documents, and reports

Overseeing the administrative staff

Performing and compiling research to the present to the CEO

Spearheading additional research and special projects as needed

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

Prior experience providing executive support within a top-tier real estate firm

Must have at least 2 years of related project management experience, preferably in a supervisor role

The desire for longevity in an administrative support role and increasing responsibility

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts

Highly detailed and able to multitask with precision and efficiency

Energetic, resourceful, and self-motivated; eager to engage with high-level business initiatives and priorities

Tech savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
