Provides interpretation, application, implementation, and communication of human resource policies, procedures, practices, and plans.
Investigates and resolves daily employee service problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
Advises line managers on personnel procedures and precedents. Maintains personnel data and provides reports as needed.

This is a key role focused on executing HR processes and enhanced computer support in close partnership with the Human Resources Business Partner in order to effectively deliver HR services that support either US Business Units or US Functions.
Investigates and resolves daily employee service and/or administrative problems, either directly or through response to line management
Advises line managers on personnel procedures and precedents
Maintains personnel data and HR system compliance, and provides computer reports and information as needed
This role is responsible and accountable for:
Coordinating the annual compensation process to ensure all timelines, and administrative guidelines are met for the compensation planning cycle
Coordinating the implementation of HR initiatives primarily related to staffing and compensation
Maintaining all elements of organizational management data for the business or function that the Human Resources Analyst supports and assists with data collection and entry
Working closely with others in HR and the business/function line management to assist in creating and updating the organizational structure accurately, timely, and provides guidance regarding appropriate position creation and movement of employees within the organizational unit
Managing disability leave processes and related personnel situations, and interacting with medical to appropriately monitor and gauge related reports and documentation
Helping to implement and maintain standard work practices and processes across three properties while striving to identify ways to improve HR procedures
Specifically being the front-line resource to managers and employees on basic HR policy and/or practice questions, and serving as a resource to the organization on routine and non-routine transactions, or where to go to find the appropriate information including consulting the HR Business Partners as necessary.
Assisting employees and managers on problem resolution and serving as the key contact with the Service Delivery organization in order to quickly and efficiently resolve issues
Exerting flexibility to fill critical voids in HR such as meeting with employees, assisting managers, etc.
Responding appropriately to changing business needs and taking on new tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Business Partner Attend the following meetings:
