The Oaks Golf Course in Cottage Grove, Wisconsin is currently looking for a full-time hands-on Kitchen Manager/ Executive Chef for our clubhouse restaurant and banquet facility.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of four years of kitchen management experience in a full-service casual dining restaurant
Experience in banquet preparations
Successful track record in controlling costs and producing high quality food
Menu creation, food presentation, training, and implementation
Posses a high level of standards and motivation for food quality and excellence
Dedicated to career growth
Willing to work days, nights, holidays and/or weekends
Demonstrate excellent team leadership skills
Possess good time management skills
Passionate about details
Skills in efficient employee hiring, training and scheduling
Strong cooking skills with knowledge of trends in the market
Effective in improving the cooking skills of others
Inventory management
Ensure a clean and safe work environment and compliance to all health department regulations
