We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Clerk with a shining personality, and the ability to genuinely smile at the world, and a firm commitment to ensuring the best possible guest experience. You should also have solid decision-making, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. It is also important that you have excellent communication, interpersonal and active listening skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with internal and external guests using patience, tact and diplomacy as necessary.
Working at the front desk of a hotel can be quite rewarding. You get to meet people from different walks of life and stay busy at all times.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Must speak, read. Write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language used by the guests who visits the hotel.
Experience: Previous hotel-related experience desired.
Physical: Requires fingering, grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
