Central Defense Security is looking to hire an HR Generalist . The overall responsibility of this role is to oversee the flow of operations of the HR office and being available for the day to day HR needs as they may occur. This is an entry level position for the qualified candidate that is ready to be part of a successful growing company. The office is high volume and extremely busy; requiring the incumbent to self-direct, manage their time properly; and provide strong HR support for any employee relations issues. The right candidate will not mind streamlining the office process; updating the policies as needed; monitor the compliance in the hiring procedures; and assisting as needed during peak hiring times.

Essential Job Duties

- HR support role for the Recruiting Coordinators concerning questions on employee relations, benefits, etc
-Streamline the recruiting and hiring process to adapt to the immediate needs of our growing roster of clients
- Oversee the compliance to all HR rules and regulations on a Federal, State, and Local Level
-Administer progressive disciplinary policy/guidelines under the direction of the HR Manager

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management required
-1 to 2 years HR experience at minimum in a Coordinator role required
-Strong base knowledge in Human Resources regulations and laws

Special Skills & Abilities
-Exceptional time management skills, organizational skills and communication skills
-Strong PC skills with good knowledge of the Office Suite Products
-Ability to work in an environment can be busy, crowded, and very paced in the achievement of providing quality staffing personnel to our clients
-A high level of work place maturity
