(I'm not sure why I got flagged! Tiny home on wheels, people!)
(Please excuse the mess inside of the house with photos, I'm currently using this space as storage at our new house! Some of these photos are showing the construction process)
A GREAT jump start on building your tiny house!
-24 feet long and about 7 feet wide on inside
-Trailer is perfectly sturdy, but in the last year or two has developed surface rust.
-Custom designed layout, but could still be changed to fit whatever you need.
-The shell is 85% done, ready for the inside to be completed.
-Built VERY sturdy with more-than-standard brackets and bolting.
-Exterior needs some of the roof trim finished, window trim, and some filling of gaps to be completely sealed in.
-Brand new door was installed and needs to be finished to be sealed in, I have a brand new lock/bolt set to go with this door.
-All new materials were used
-Siding doubles as siding + sheathing to keep weight low.
Recently moved this with a truck around the back rough, rocky roads of Placitas and did GREAT.
I built this tiny house with someone who has extensive construction experience, but it still has it's quirks! There is some unevenness with framing (which obviously did not affect installing the siding, roofing, etc), and things in a lot of areas are probably not perfectly square.
I designed the layout myself, for my daughter and I. It has a main sleeping loft on one end, with a small room on the other end of the house for a sleeping room about 3 feet wide x 7-ish feet long) (I was making a custom size bed), or storage/office. There would be another loft above this area and the bathroom which is next to it.
Tons of space compared to normal/other tiny house designs!
I'm only selling because we now have a great "little" house where we want to live, and am planning on purchasing an RV so we can spend part of the time traveling!
*PLEASE, I beg you, don't get in touch just to come and see it out of curiosity. I'm a single parent & don't have time to be having open houses everyday :-)
Email any questions! I'm happy to give any further info I can!
I'm very attached to this house, and in no rush to sell. I want to see it go to someone who will finish it and love it! Priced at $6,000 firm (And by firm I mean... FIRM :-) I'm not even breaking even).
