We are looking for a skilled marketing professional to manage our social media and marketing effort primarily from content creation. You will be responsible for planning and ideation to production, distribution, and optimization of our content and marketing efforts. If you're an exceptional copywriter and communicator and have a passion for creativity and marketing, we'd love to have you join our growing marketing team. This position reports to the EVP of Marketing and is based in Jersey City, right above the first stop on the NJ PATH station.
Develop and lead the gotomarket content plan and execution to ensure SITO Mobile is the resource for mobile and emerging platform marketing.
Build a team of writers and content specialists to develop thought-provoking content in the form of educational resources, blog posts, feature pieces, case studies, and other highly creative projects.
Support key executives in driving external thought leadership.
Identify, engage and build rapport with contributors, experts, influencers and content partners to establish third party validation and further amplify content across their channels.
Gather, ideate and articulate content pipeline internally and externally to drive content initiatives and produce repeatable and strategic programming and process that scales.
Monitor and evaluate trends, cultural events, data reports and happenings for content creation, commenting and thought leadership.
Ensure ongoing promotion and amplification of evergreen content across all owned and earned channels, including: events (executive dinners, meetups, conferences), social, blog features, email, website landing pages, emerging platforms, etc.
Evaluate and optimize content based on reporting and KPIs to gauge success and real business impact.
Act as content and product evangelist to build global mindshare amongst marketers and technologists who will benefit from our product.
Manage and create a social media presence based on resourceful content and company culture
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A thoughtful and analytical approach with an ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with technical team members and other departments
Self starter with an entrepreneurial mentality
Deep understanding of evolving mobile marketing automation landscape, crossindustry brand knowledge, and a high degree of creativity are a must
