Part-time bookkeeper needed for small real estate investment company. Need QuickBooks experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles to assist owner with maintaining business accounts and track job profitability.
Job duties include the following:
Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
A/R & A/P (Including tracking tenant rents and project costs)
General ledger transactions
Set-up reminders for auto payments
Journal all investment properties and track expenses
Report monthly financials to owner
Work with CPA to meet year end requirements
The ideal person would be detail oriented, organized, and reliable. Payroll and Property Management experience a plus.
