Our client seeks a call center manager to help build a new call center. Duties include:
*Provide leadership, oversight, and financial responsibility for call center
*Monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and process optimization
*Recruit, hire, train and manager agents interacting with customers
*Oversee real time queue management and center performance scorecards

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of:
*a Bachelor degree in Business or related field
*5 or more years of call center management experience
*Experience using Excel and Word
*Proven leadership and communication skills

Base salary + performance incentives
