Our clients seeks a call center supervisor to:

*Assist manager with implementation of call center programs
*Assist with staff recruitments, hiring and training
*Make recommendations for customer experience improvement
*Coordinate staff scheduling, workloads and quality performance meetings

Qualified applicants must possess a minimum of:

*3 or more years of recent call center supervisory or lead experience
*a Bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Proficient in using Excel
