Do you have experience working in corporate food service or managing a kitchen?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, food service pro to work as Chef Manager handling the daily cafeteria operation working Monday through Friday, 6 am to 3:30 pm in small upscale corporate cafeteria location in McLean, VA

. Previous work experience as chef manager or kitchen manager
. Culinary skills with the ability to create a variety of exciting menu items
. Experience with catering
. Experience in ordering, taking inventory
. Hands-on attitude
. Customer service skills
. Some experience working with budgets and food cost
. Supervisory experience
. Servsafe certification

Job Description:
. Daily operation of a small corporate cafeteria
. Menu planning and preparation
. Ordering, inventory and budget maintenance including food & labor costs
. Customer service
. Managing catering needs
. Supervising staff of 3 employees
. Maintaining safety and sanitation guidelines
. Handling all administrative duties including cash handling, banking and paperwork
