Up for sale is a Music Man HD 130 (early 70s) head for guitar and a Mesa Boogie verticle 2x12 cabinet from the early 90s. These both work fantastically together to give a huge sound. The two channel, all tube head takes pedals beautifully. These both run on a 4 ohm load for full power usage and are loud as hell together. 2 of the power tubes were removed from the MusicMan to bring it down to 65 watts, and it is still way too loud for what I need. It's absolutely ridiculous. This has also allowed me to really drive the amp to the golden area and get some incredible tones out of it without blowing the garage door out of the track. The cab is incredible, with 2 12 inch Mesa speakers packed in a 1/2 open, 1/2 closed back for both pronounced articulation and roaring lows. 700 FIRM is what I'm asking for BOTH PIECES. I'm moving out of state and need to downsize, but I do have a place to store it if I can't get my asking price. I am not interested in any trades currently. I would be willing to sell the cab without the head, but I will not sell the head without the cab. My parents live in BC, and I get up there most weekends. I would be happy to meet there or in a surrounding area.
