POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for direct customer relations and management of leads for the outside service team. Ensure prompt follow up to prospective and current customers. .
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER / SALES REP INTERACTION
Effectively communicate to team and management key customer issues and concerns
Continually maintain and update product offering knowledge
Continually maintain and update continuing education requirements
Help create a dynamic and transformative team work environment
Have an amazing I love to do it attitude !
Is proactive toward resolving problems and takes initiative in performing work.
Accurate and timely entry of database information, reports, invoices, etc.
Meets deadlines and commitments made when handling project work.
Produces and distributes reports in accordance with the established time frames.
Alerts Branch Managers of issues/concerns that arise.
Maintains harmonious relations with staff, clients, outside counsel and other contacts at all times.
Self -motivated, effective in multi tasking, strong desire to focus on customer needs and expectations.
Successful candidate will be results driven and evaluated on performance

Must be responsible, self-motivated, personable and well-organized.
Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers.

Proficiency in the use of personal computers including such programs as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date.
Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
