My wife and I are renting one furnished bedroom in our home. This is a standard 10 x 11 spare bedroom. Bedroom is furnished with the basics (bed, nightstand, tv/entertainment center) but furniture can be removed if you have your own pieces of furniture that you want to use. This will not change the price one way or the other.

This would be a short term lease, 1-6 months. A contract and deposits would be required.

My wife and I have no children and live busy, conservative lives. No parties, no loud evenings, no late nights. We are looking to rent a bedroom to someone of a similar lifestyle in a short term need situation.

Our rental room, living situation and contract requirements are ideal for:

-A contract employee in town on short term contract work or needing to commute short term.
-A student interning or placed locally for med school rotations, student teaching, etc.
-A person in housing transition while moving, building, or selling another home.

Rent includes ALL utilities (water, cable, wireless internet, electric, and gas).

Renter will have his/her own private bathroom.

Shared amenities would be washer/dryer, and limited pantry space, kitchen and kitchen appliance use only. Laundry room is located directly adjacent to the rented room.

Renter is responsible for maintaining a clean living area. No smoking, no pets, no visitors without prior approval from owners.

Deposits and move in costs:

One months rent (refundable) = $500
Cleaning deposit (refundable) = $200
First months rent = $500

Total move in costs = $1200 (includes deposits and first months rent)

We are looking for a tenant to move in September 1st or later of 2015. Again, this is a short term contract, from 1 to 6 months depending on owner and renter needs.

Please email, text, or call if you are interested or have any questions. Emails and texts are preferred as they are quicker and easier to respond to. Ask for Jeremy.
