Arancino Beachwalk is looking for a restaurant manager to join our management team!
About Our Company:
Arancino has been specializing in authentic Italian cuisine since 1996. Our recipes reflect an authentic Naples, Italian style of cooking. We use imported cheeses, meats, and pastas from Italy along with local products, which provides our valued guests with a unique and authentic dining experience.
We currently operate three restaurants in Honolulu. Two are located in Waikiki, and the third is located in the beautiful Kahala Hotel & Resort. Our original location on Beachwalk Avenue is our cute and quaint location, featuring a warm homely atmosphere. Our flagship location, Arancino di Mare is located on the ground level of the Waikiki Beach Marriott overlooking Waikiki Beach. The third and newest location is Arancino at The Kahala, which features course style dining for fine Italian cuisine. All of our restaurants feature our distinctive blend of style, and taste which has been key to our continued success and customer loyalty.
We are currently looking for Restaurant Managers with experience (preferably 2 years) in a high volume concept, and a passion for providing the best guest service.
Our restaurant managers provide leadership, motivation, and accountability to achieving Company goals on a daily basis. They must keep guest focus at the forefront of our business and turn any opportunities into a success. Coaching and developing our people to unlock their potential and help them achieve goals is a must. Our mangers must also hold our staff accountable in providing the highest standards of service, food quality, and atmosphere for our guests.
Two years of previous management experience in a high volume restaurant
A passion for providing great service and memorable experiences for each guest
Strategic and critical thinking skills
Manage and control cost centers
Excellent written and communication skills
Driving sales and setting sales goals for our team
Holds self and team accountable to Company standards
Identify opportunities in our operation and propose solutions
Creating and cultivate a positive work environment for guest and employees
Displays strong leadership skills and abilities
Must be fully engaged with each shift
Always a team player & role model
Balanced schedule - 5 days / week
Performance evaluations for merit increases done annually at a minimum with
Simple IRA with 3% Company match (after 1 year of employment)
