First Alternative is looking for 2 individuals with excellent communication skills, demonstrated ability to provide customer service and able to help assist with the general day-to-day needs of the Front End Department. They are responsible for making sure the Front End break schedule is accurate and followed, relieve cashiers and customer service representatives of their duties in order to go on break, and provide back-up cashier assistance. They also keep the Front End stocked with supplies (bags, pens, brochures), help to front and face all store product shelves, and help serve Co-op customers. The ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure is required for these positions.
Specific hours for these positions have not been decided yet,
One position will be 30+hours a week, another will be 15+ hours a week (this position will be temporary position, lasting up to 3 months). $9.93/hr
Schedule flexibility is required for this position.
