Valet Park of America is a full service, valet parking, parking management and transportation service provider. Our operations include hospitals, restaurants, hotels, casinos, banquet facilities, ski resorts and many other private venues. We are fast paced growing organization that prides itself on customer service and the quality of our employees.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill an immediate need within our Quality Control Department, located in our Springfield, MA headquarters. This is full time position. Exact hours are flexible, but will be Monday-Friday, with some flexibility required. Free parking is provided on site.

Quality Control Department Assistant (Full time)
Compensation will be based on experience.
Qualifications Required

- Outstanding communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Outstanding organizational skills
- The ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations
- Above average computer proficiency
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft excel
- High School Diploma or GED Required

Qualifications Desired

- Experience in insurance call center or related field preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Access Preferred
- College Coursework or degree preferred

Essential functions and responsibilities

- Take inbound calls from customers regarding damaged vehicles
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claim or vehicle repairs
- Communicate with site managers to obtain pertinent information to make claim determinations
- Send follow up apology letters to customer
- Track and manage shuttle maintenance and compliance
- Monitor shuttle dash cameras for safe driving practices
