Entry level position in busy office setting in Longmeadow area. Looking for hard working, reliable, detail orientated individual. Duties include answering phones, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, payroll, spreadsheets, general office duties. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks required. Bookkeeping experience a must. Must be able to work independently and have own transportation . This is a permanent full time position, Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30.
