We are looking for an skilled bookkeeper to record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. You will post information to accounting journals/software and reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy. Please be skilled in quickbooks and microsoft excel.
Record financial transactions and complete the posting process
Verify that transactions are recorded correctly, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the balance stage
Perform checks of the posting process
Complete tax forms
Enter data, maintain records and print reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
We are a small company that manages rental properties in 4 states. There are a lot of moving parts in our group of companies, and we have no more than a 10 people on payroll.
We are looking for someone to come to our office a few times a week to preform these tasks. This is a part time job. We are located in Westminster, near 120th and federal blvd.
