Assisted Living Administrator in Burns, Oregon!

The Administrator is directly responsible for the success of their facility. They are responsible for the delivery of products and services to internal and external customers as well as leading the employees in a manner that maintains the integrity of the company.

Demonstrate the values of Ashley Manor by upholding the policies and ideas of the company.
Provide leadership by developing, exhibiting and promoting company loyalty.
Provide oversight, training and direction to every employee who is part of their facility.
Effectively handle complaints, grievances and concerns.
Timely completion of reports.
Assist with debt collection and payment of debts.
Provide ideas and feedback in order to better serve the facility.
Complete continuing Education required by the State licensing agency.
Develop and maintain relationships with State Surveyors.

Job Duties:
Hire competent employees to ensure the success of the facility.
Direct the staff in the completion of everyday responsibilities that are required in the facility
Work closely with the Senior Care Advisor to promote the facilities and products and determining appropriate candidates for admission to the facility.
Hold employees responsible and accountable to finish required tasks by following the disciplinary process and following through.
Have knowledge of the financial statements and operational budget performance including census, staffing hours and expenses.
Knowledge and compliance with State Rules and Regulations
Apply Ashley Manor/ AarenBrooke Policies and Procedures in the everyday operation of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with two years of supervisory experience in the health care field. We will help you obtain your Administrator's License if you do not already have one. You must be able to pass the background check.
