Need a place for a semester/2 semesters/a year/whatever?
Don't want to deal with paying for utilities or providing furnishings?
Have I got the apartment for you!

Available from early September 2015 to mid-August 2016 (we can figure out the exact dates, it's cool), I can offer you this comfortable bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment!

Hot water? Cold water? Electricity? Gas? Internet? All included! It's like the best hotel room you could imagine.

Wait, what's that? You want a bathroom too? How about a bathroom with fantastic water pressure that's quick to warm up?! You bet.

Oh, you want kitchen space too? We're not talking some scrub kitchen. This has the whole shebang: microwave, fridge, and stove-top oven. Which runs on gas. You know how much better cooking with gas is? So much better.

Want closet space? Got closet space. Queen sized bed to laze about on? YOU BET.
Shoot, you can even entertain guests in the extra guest room!

Oh, did I mention there's coin-operated laundry in the building? You don't even have to go outside. Yeah. We've got it all.

Why would I ever leave this place if it's so great? It's hard parting, believe you me! Alas, I'm heading out of the country for the year, and I can't bear the thought of leaving such a lovely place unoccupied!

I took a bunch of pictures and didn't even clean up first, because this apartment is so good I didn't need to. (Don't judge. Of course, it'll be thoroughly cleaned up before you arrive!) (Also, have you ever tried taking a picture of your own bathroom? Awkward.)

There's just so much awesome that could be yours, I don't even know where to begin.

Great apartment. $700 per month, plus a security deposit (which, assuming you don't light anything on fire too badly, you'll get back), and you're set!

In the past summers I've subletted to visiting med students, because this place is like crazy close to the medical campus. Got elsewhere to be around here? Not even a problem; we're only a short walk to Yale's main campus and shuttle system!

Want to bring your car? I'll loan you my parking pass, so you can have convenient parking on the street right outside the building.

About your (my) roommate: a charming, hard-working, fun-loving, extremely well-dressed sociology PhD student who fights crime and maintains a clean apartment.

Questions? E-mail me! We can talk details, do a Skype or G-chat or Facetime walkthrough, whatever!

So convenient. So much to offer. So affordable. Get it before it's gone!
