I am looking for an insurance broker who would start out as a field underwriter in order to understand our products, but whom I could train to become a manager to run a Las Vegas-Henderson area operation within the next year. You will be required to learn our business model and, when you become manager, would be required to help hire and train new agents. Mortgage insurance in particular is an amazing market that is rapidly expanding. New forms of protection are being created almost weekly by the industry. I am looking for a self-motivated, driven person with some success in the past, who is willing to learn and use a proven sales system to help our clients. It is possible to do this job part-time, though the pay is proportionately less. It is also possible to telecommute.

How The Lead Generation System Works
If you have worked a commission-only job in the past, you understand how important it is to have clients to sell to. That is exactly what our system does: it puts the field representative in front of qualified buyers. This is a leads-driven, in home sales position that pays great commissions.
Absolutely No Cold Calling!
Each week we mail thousands of letters to people who just bought or refinanced a home. Our letter states that we will pay off their mortgage in the event of their death or make the mortgage payments for them in case of a critical illness or disability. In exchange for this protection, the clients pay a premium. At the end of the term, if the clients are still alive, they will receive all their premium payments back.
Homeowners who are interested in obtaining this protection will personally fill out a short application and mail it back to us, requesting that we call them to set an appointment and show them their options. We do not cold call our clients; we are contacting only those people who have requested the information. This sales system has revolutionized the insurance industry and that is what allows our agents to make over $150K+ in their very first year, regardless of experience.
Joining our Team
During your first 6 months or so, you will primarily be a field underwriter . You will take these applications, call our clients, set an appointment, and go sit down with them at their home for about 45 minutes and help them pick out the best mortgage protection plan that fits the client's budget. Our full-time brokers will sit with between 8-15 families a week. Simultaneously, you will start to learn the "builder" (business development and management) portion of the business on weekly phone calls. As you build your own team, the balance of builder vs. producer (sales) activity will shift.
Commissions as a New Agent
Typically, commission on a mortgage protection product is about $600 per family you protect. Our average full time underwriter will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans a week. In addition to mortgage protection, our team uses a few financial products to help people save for retirement or to protect their current retirement accounts (401k's, IRA's, etc.) from losing money in the market. These products have very high commissions and can double your income. We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them. Managers who have begun building a team can expect to receive additional income generated based on the aggregate sales of their team.
