A local Las Vegas telecom company is looking for a friendly, professional, honest, and productive person to be its receptionist and office administrator.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year professional office duties.
- Must have good to excellent computer knowledge.
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have good typing skills.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Skills and Responsibilities:
Professional phone etiquette.
Support the sales team and make sure they have appropriate product and prepare their orders in a timely manner.
Assist the owner with various special projects.
Ability to work closely with customers to resolve product issues.
Light to moderate bookkeeping.
Able to follow instructions.
Prepare small shipments to customers and drop off at Fedex facility when needed.
Maintain a clean and professional office.
