Looking for a proactive and experienced part time (30-35hours/week) office clerk.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Answer telephone and represent company in a professional and businesslike manner, ascertain what each client wants or needs, dispatch calls to appropriate individuals.
*Perform general office duties such as filling, faxing, coping, typing, cleaning.
*Investigate and resolve customer inquires and complains in a timely and empathetic manner, serve as the liaison between customer, tech and salesman.
* Apply for permits and follow updates.
*Organize and assist to process daily bills, invoices and mails .
Office locates at Ocala business area.
