Ad agency seeks a high-energy, motivated, experienced Admin Assistant/Project Coordinator who is a team player and excels in a creative work environment.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Work with creative team to handle & process workflow of multiple projects
Create and organize project tracking
Maintain organizational spreadsheets for tracking
Work with senior management & creative team to write and produce social media posts, content for newsletters, websites, marketing documents
Routine administrative duties, email correspondence
Liaise with vendors through correspondence
Research/purchase supplies as requested

Qualifications Required:
College, minimum 2 years applied experience
Solid computer skills: Word, Excel, InDesign, computer-literate, must be very comfortable working with Apple computers and readily able to learn new software
Highly motivated with desire to develop project coordinator capabilities
Able to multi-task with multiple and non-routine responsibilities
Exceptional organization skills with ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks concurrently
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Good creative writing and strong proofreading skills
Well-versed and comfortable in social media and posting
Strong attention to detail, both in creative and technical areas
Excellent work ethic and integrity
