Atlanta-based, nationally recognized real estate developer, known for providing highly personalized
investor relations while creating substantial value for both investors and residents is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Investor Relations. Our client is experiencing significant growth and is looking to add this position to the team!

Essential Duties Include:
Serve as main point of contact for all administrative-related questions from investors and employees
Work closely with Director of Private Equity and CEO to understand investor concerns and needs
Send and receive official investment correspondence
Enter and update investor information on our company portal
Handle sensitive and confidential information pertaining to our investors
Assist the accounting department during the distribution process and any other payment-related tasks
Assist with special projects to enhance our investor experience, take on ad-hoc projects, and support other teammates as needed

Background & Skills Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in administration or related field
Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
