Administrative Asst/Billing Clerk position available with a multifaceted service company located in Marietta.
- Mon-Fri 8:30a - 5:30p -- One Saturday a month 9:00a-12:00p
- Answer multi-line phones
- Process sales orders received from customers
- High volume data entry
- Review sales orders and generate invoice for billing
- Maintain solid customer relationships by handling customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Take pride and accountability for accuracy in work
- Ability to coordinate with management, employees, and vendors with high professionalism.
- Must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and company departments.
- Minimum of 2 years related office experience
