Full time Administrative Assistant/Manager needed for consulting firm. Prefer college degree but not required.

Responsibilities:

- QuickBooks experience
- Word, Excel skills must be very good
- Must be good at multitasking and prioritizing
- Must have reliable transportation
- Anticipate and respond to the administrative support needs of executive team
- Maintain calendar, coordinate meetings, events and deadlines with executive team
- Handle payroll, invoicing, etc
- Prepare proposals and financial reports
- Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Maintain electronic and paper files
- Manage hiring process and onboarding for new employees
- Various other support duties

Work Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)
