Ideal applicant will have at least 4 years experience in LUXURY (Four or Five Diamond/Star) environment. Experience needed working closely with Sales & Catering staff to ensure high quality operation. Responsible for presentation and layout, proper handling and storage of all food, staff supervision and safety. Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus and new concepts. Recipient of this position must have strong communication and organizational skills. A team-oriented individual who leads by example. Free parking available on site.
