We are a busy, warehouse distribution center of products such as bathroom sinks and faucets. We are seeking reliable, responsible candidate in New Castle, DE area for either a P/T or F/T position.

Part time position: Mon-Fri -- 9a - 1p
Full time position: Mon-Thur -- 9a - 5p, Fri -- 9a - 3p

Temp to perm position to start. Pending 3 month probation period.

Responsibilities
Prepare shipping documents for daily outgoing orders
Generate shipping documents for replacement orders/parts.
Provide customer service via phone/email.
Generate inventory and RMA reports for sales people.
Assist with picking/packing orders for fulfillment if short staffed
Maintain office equipment and supplies
Scan documents for Accounts Payable/Receivable

Requirements:
Must be reliable and have strong work ethics
Must be dedicated, organized and have the ability to work independently
Good punctuality and attendance
Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent customer service skills
Must be legal to work in the US
Must be computer literate:
oi.e. Be able to handle common computer use and refilling paper and/or ink for printers
Able to lift up to 30lbs
Fluent in both written and verbal English
Forklift license a plus, but not necessary

Candidate will be trained in the various programs they'll be using in a day-to-day operations.
