Community Association Management Company looking for an organized, self starter, sharp individual to work part-time 24 hours per week in our Newark, DE office. Hours - Mon, Tues & Thurs 8 am - 2 pm and Wed 1 pm - 7 pm as an administrative assistant. Duties include answering phones, assist Homeowners/Board of Directors and Community Manager, provide great customer service, maintain architectural requests, maintenance requests, request for proposals from vendors, interaction with vendors and other miscellaneous administrative duties indicated per the Board of Directors and Community Manager.
