We just got done remodeling an amazing event hall, we are looking for two Assistant Kitchen Managers/ Event Coordinators to work with and under our Kitchen Manager. We are hiring all new staff for a great team that is built on integrity, ethics and teamwork. Please read below and if you qualify, please email me your resume so we can set up an interview.

Assistant Position: You will learn and train under the Kitchen manager. Once properly trained you will take over events on site for the Kitchen manager and have a full staff to coordinate to make sure the events runs perfectly. This will be a part- time position your schedule will be built 2 weeks in advance by weekly meetings. Need to be Flexible.

Learn how to conduct meetings learning all pricing for events
Coordinate staff for events
Help customers
Order products
Learn all safety and rules about kitchen and building
Event Coordinating
Kitchen Managing
Working with multiple vendors
Cross training:
Food preparation

At least 1 year of Event Banquet Experience
At least 1 year of Kitchen Catering Experience
Has supervised a event/ kitchen team
College degree in the hospitality area is a plus but not required, High school or equivalent is
Works well with teams
Positive attitude
Can work weekends and long hours on feet
Can lift 40 pounds
Fluent in English
Knowledge of Jewish Religion and Practices is a plus
