The Licensed Sales Producer will be able to work independently as well as contribute to a team. A complete and thorough knowledge of personal lines insurance is required while keeping up with industry challenges and changes is mandatory. Responsible for the day to day execution of policy changes, renewals, administration and servicing of new and existing clients in a professional manner.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referrals
Cross-selling to existing and 21 Century customers with Farmers products
Conducting policy reviews & updating policies
Processing payments & reporting claims
Provide superior service to assigned accounts
Ensure timely response to client requests.
Address customer inquiries and issues immediately. Assist with claim inquiries, cancellations and endorsements.
Effectively utilize technology
Participation in community events to create brand awareness.
Meet monthly sales goals.
Meet or exceed performance expectations with a strong commitment to the mission, goals and values of the agency.
Effectively utilizes technology
Independently complete special projects and research as needed.
Coordinate with Licensed Sales Producer to maintain client information and achieve optimal results.
Follow work flow and procedures established by the agency
Conduct renewal reviews with complete and thorough understanding of each client policy.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Must have ability to multi-task
Good organizational skills
A Property & Casualty and Life/Accident &Health Licenses
Insurance and Sales Experience : 3 years
