This company is a small, vibrant, luxury fragrance company in Downtown Seattle with a creative and self-motivated culture. We need an office manager and customer support person. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a creative environment and have the ability to handle multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Any candidate should be a "self starter" who can recognize the value of a smaller, growing company in the luxury product space.

This role offers excellent learning opportunities in a fun, exciting environment in our gorgeous downtown Seattle office.

Responsibilities include:
Upload Daily Orders and Invoice Customers
Accounts Receivable calls and collections
Assist with mailings
Keep office inventory replenished and stocked twice per month
Customer Service for boutique and web customers
Sending out samples
Following up on problems with orders
Resolving shipping issues
Replacing damaged merchandise
Processing Customer Returns
Matching inventory counts with our system
Day to day office management
Order supplies
Answer phone
Check in and send out UPS shipments in office
Shipping samples back and forth to vendors
Check weekly that customer orders are all uploaded

Need 4 year college degree.
Candidate is able to take direction and take ownership of very detailed processes.
Strong interpersonal experience and is comfortable speaking on the telephone.
Must be flexible, highly organized and have a proven ability to juggle multiple and competing tasks and demands.
Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials.
Must have high level of proficiency with Word, Excel and preferably Quickbooks.
