We are looking for full-time Implementation Specialists. This position is responsible for full implementations from beginning to end, including launch calls, guiding clients to completion of pre-install paperwork, installing software and all related features. Support hours are 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Applicant must be able to work full-time shifts within these hours. Must have expertise in Implementation processes, strong written and verbal communication skills, computerized medical billing experience and be knowledgeable in healthcare terminology. Must have 2 years call center experience. Minimum of 2 years experience providing end-user technical support or third party application support. Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office. Adept at independently conducting research into project-related issues and products. Must live within a 25-mile radius of Newbury Park.
