Long Beach IT consulting firm is seeking qualified individuals to provide excellent customer service and onsite desktop support on an on-call basis. An accepted candidate will be working an average of 25 hours per week. Candidates will be hired on contract.
Our ideal candidate will have an A+, Network+, and Security+ CompTIA Credential and equivalent experience. The candidate must have excellent networking and troubleshooting skills. Candidates lacking these minimum qualities or equivalent experience will not be considered. Candidates lacking excellent communication and customer service skills will not be considered.
Experience with the following is recommended:
1.Managing Office 365 Exchange and SharePoint\OneDrive for Business
2.Experience with MSP/RMM software
3.Experience with Server 2003/2008/2012/2012R2 environment, as well as Windows 7/8/8.1
4. Experience with Active Directory
5. Experience with Mac environment is a plus
The hired candidate will be providing desktop support to offices in the following areas:
1. Beverly Hills
2. Downtown Los Angeles
3. Manhattan Beach
4. Sherman Oaks
Candidate must have reliable transportation.
Compensation will start at $14/hour and mileage, with the opportunity of moving into a full-time position at a higher rate
