SALES DIRECTOR – Electrical Circuit Breaker Wholesaler Job Label: MAG_14F424880E3 Any Breakers, Inc. (ABI) is circuit breaker wholesaler with a mission to provide quality customer service and operational excellence. ABI is seeking a strategic, analytical Sales Director to lead, support and inspire our dedicated sales team. Overseeing sales operations and ensuring overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales department are critical areas of responsibility. Reporting to the Partners, the Sales Director’s primary functions are to provide strategic planning, organize/direct/give leadership to inside and outside sales, and achieve the company's aggressive sales objectives.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Business Development:Manages, prepares and implements sales and business development plans, sales forecasts and strategiesEvaluates and analyzes companies sales histories, trends, opportunities and sales strategiesCreates company-wide sales strategies to strengthen and expand sales in existing accounts and develop market shareGathers and monitors information (internal/external) on competition and market trends and shares information and knowledge to the sales team and others as neededAnalyzes existing and anticipated client needs; works with team to design targeted product sales approaches and opportunitiesMaintains and develops client relations for new and larger established existing customersAttends events as needed; prepares post-event reports and analysisSales Team Management:Recruits, hires, and trains sales team – responsible for performanceFacilitates interactive, success-oriented, weekly sales strategy meetingsDevelops, supports, motivates and manages team to achieve annual objectivesEvaluates and coaches team’s daily efforts to clarify priorities and maximizes outcomes for strategically-oriented actionsLeverages team expertise through creating sales tools cross-training, information sharing, best practices showcasing, and client surveys/feedbackEnsures sales team is trained in latest product areas and electrical technologies Acts as a resource for problem solving and seeks supportive solutionsOversees preparation of sales proposals and participates in sales presentations as neededAny Breakers, Inc. is associated with All Industrial Electric Supply, Inc. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; Business Administration or Finance5+ year’s related experience in a sales manager position with a minimum of 6 sales staffThorough knowledge of electrical supply or related industryProven leadership skills; proficient in supervising and motivating staffManagement style that is centered around coaching, mentoring, clear expectations and accountabilities topped with acknowledgement and rewardHighly strategic, analytical with processes and sales statisticsWell-developed negotiation, project and account management skillsProficient on SMP, MS Office Suite, and CRM software; generates queries and analytical modelsAdvanced ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, statistical trends, gross/net profit margins)Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills Any Breakers, Inc.
